Terms and Conditions


Prior to any commercial transaction, the client or client agency (hereinafter referred to as Client/Agency) agrees to fully adhere to the terms and conditions set out in the "Terms and Conditions" of Hung Phu Travel.


These General Terms and Conditions of Sale form an integral part of any contracts, whether verbal or written, between Hung Phu Travel and the Client/Agency.


* Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months after the return date.


Reservation and Confirmation


All reservations must be made at Hung Phu Travel's head office or at a sales agency designated by Hung Phu Travel. Upon confirmation of the trip, registration must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total trip cost, with the balance payable one month before arrival in Vietnam or, at the latest, at the start of the program, without further notice from us. Otherwise, Hung Phu Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip and retain the entire deposit paid by the Client/Agency. If registration is made less than one month before arrival or the start of the program, the full trip price must be paid at the time of registration. Upon confirmation of the service, an invoice will be issued to the Client/Agency by Hung Phu Travel and sent to the Client/Agency by fax or email.


For possible legitimate reasons (floods, flight interruptions, etc.), Hung Phu Travel reserves the right to change or modify the program in favor of the Client/Agency, with or without prior notice.


Payment


Cash: only upon mutual agreement.

Traveler's check: only upon mutual agreement. 5% of the fee is payable by the Client/Agency. Bank transfer, the fees of which are the responsibility of the Client/Agency, to be made to the following account:

Credit card: If paying by credit card, the Client/Agency must present their card at our branch. Payment is made via a machine connected directly to the bank: a 3% exchange rate fee is payable by the Client/Agency.


For payment by credit card or via an online link: 4% bank exchange fee is payable by the client/agency.


Upon payment of a deposit or balance by the client/agency, Hung Phu Travel will issue a paid invoice which will be given to the client/agency before or upon the travelers' arrival in Vietnam.


Cancellation


1. Cancellation by the Client/Agency


In the event of cancellation by the client/agency, for any reason, the client/agency agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:


+ After signing up to 30 days before departure: 10% of the total trip amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.


+ From 10 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total trip amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.


+ From 9 days before departure: 100% of the total trip amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.


This rule applies to all services booked by the Client/Agency with Hung Phu Travel. Payment of the Client/Agency cancellation fee will be made by bank transfer; the Client/Agency will be responsible for all bank charges.


2. Cancellation by Hung Phu Travel


Hung Phu Travel may cancel contracts for reasons related to force majeure: political, health, natural disaster, air transport problems, etc. In all these cases, registrants will be fully reimbursed but cannot claim any compensation.


Insurance - Assistance: Hung Phu Travel is an incoming agency and does not handle Insurance and Assistance. It is recommended that you purchase such insurance in your home country. However, we act as an intermediary between you and your insurer. Please inform us of your insurance policy if necessary.


Responsibilities: 


Hung Phu Travel undertakes to provide the Client/Agency with all the services mentioned in the sales contract. During the trip, the Client/Agency must comply with the regulations announced by the guide or the service provider's manager.


Hung Phu Travel is responsible to the Client/Agency as an intermediary between the Client/Agency and the various service providers (airplanes, hotels, transport operators, restaurants, boats, etc.). Hung Phu Travel must in all cases do its best to satisfy the Client/Agency, but cannot be confused with these various service providers, who, in any event, retain their own responsibility.


Anything that occurs outside the program or contract is not under the responsibility of Hung Phu Travel.


Disputes


In the event of difficulties, both parties must endeavor to seek an amicable solution to their dispute. In the event of disputes and/or complaints, the "Vietnam International Arbitration Center" under the "Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry" shall have sole jurisdiction.
