ITINERARY IN DETAILS
Day 1: Hanoi arrival (GP)
Arrive in Hanoi, our driver will welcome and take you to the hotel for check in. The rest of the day will be free. Spend the night in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi city tour (B, L, G)
Begin your day trip from Hanoi with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and hear about the man who led Vietnam’s campaign for independence from French colonial rule. After dedicating his life to the liberation of his country from foreign rule, Ho Chi Minh died in 1969 and his body was preserved for posterity. During the year, the mausoleum is closed for a month and Uncle Ho is given a bit of a spruce up! Then wander the grounds to see the One Pillar Pagoda and the Presidential Palace. Next, visit the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, the apex of regional political power for more than a millennium where research and excavation is still underway, and then head to another 11th century relic, the Temple of Literature, which was built in homage to the Chinese scholar Confucius.
In the afternoon, visit the Ngoc Son temple set on a tiny island on the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake. You’ll hear how it got its name from a legend of an emperor, a magic sword and a giant turtle! Take a breezy cyclo ride through the Old Quarter’s 36 streets, named after the products that were sold from their shops. Today, vendors on Tin and Bamboo Streets still sell the same wares. You will also have chance for shopping in Trang Tien Plaza Centre and Dong Xuan market – the biggest local market in Hanoi. End you day with a delightful water puppet show, a traditional art that is still being performed today.
Day 3: Hanoi – Sapa by bus – Lao Chai – Ta Van Village (B, L, G)
Early check out your hotel. Our bus will pick you up at your hotel at 6.30 a.m for transfer to Sapa Look out the window for typical Vietnamese scenery with a twist; emerald green rice fields built in tiers up the mountainside. The views from the drive are just a preview to the stunning vistas awaiting you in the rest of Sapa. Once you arrive in Sapa Town you’ll have breakfast at a local restaurant before preparing for you adventure trek into the breathtaking Muong Hoa valley. Carefully tread winding paths and twisting trails to reach Lao Chai and Ta Van village, where you’ll pay a visit to the Tay and Day tribes. Your overnight will be in Sapa.
Day 4: Sapa – Cat Cat – Hanoi by bus (B, L, G)
Breakfast at your hotel, prepare for your last day of trekking. You first sneak through the market, already abuzz with activity, then continue to leave the busy town behind. After a couple of minutes, you will be following a rocky road leading downhill to Cat Cat village. Take a rest here before you trek downhill to get Sin Chai village, where you’ll might see the tribes people at work dying cloth, painstakingly embroidering patterns, tending the fields or huddled over a hunk of stone, attempted to carve figurines to sell at the market. Spend the afternoon at your leisure to explore the town until 3.00 p.m for your ride back to Hanoi. Your tour ends.
Day 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay with Overnight Cruise (B, L, D)
Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi at 7.45 – 8.00 (approx 3.5 hour drive). Your heavenly journey across Halong Bay starts around noon on Tuan Chau Island at the doorstep of Vietnam's most fascinating wonder. As the vessel sets sails, you will be greeted by Cruise Manager. Discover some of the treasures disseminated across the Bay of the Descending Dragon during the afternoon, picturesque floating villages, fantastic rock formations rising up out of emerald water, attend our chef's cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking. Dinner and having some benefit to celebrate your honeymoon trip onboard. Overnight onboard

Day 6: Halong – Hanoi (B, L)
Start the day enjoying some delights with a colorful buffet breakfast. Continue exploring Halong Bay sailing across its 2000 islets and visiting Surprise cave – the most beautiful in Halong Bay. Your cruise will come to an end between 10.30am and 11.00am then back to Hanoi at 4.30. Overnight in a hotel in Hanoi
Day 7: Hanoi departure (B, GP)
Breakfast at hotel
Check out hotel at 12.00 and you’ll be free until be taken to the airport for your departure flight. Tour ends!

Cancellation by the traveler: All cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email.

- Cancellations frm 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of the full amount plus any bank fees that result from us here and any charge occurs to us from our service providers.
- Cancellation made within 15 days of the scheduled date – 100% of the land arrangement and booking fee
There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
Cancellation
of air, cruising and rail arrangements will be subject to fees charged
in accordance with the type of airfare, cruise or rail tariff
regulations.
Cancellation by Hung Phu Travel: In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative package of equivalent quality, or a full refund of all monies paid. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received from the customer.
